If you see a transaction you did not authorize, act immediately.
On the App: Go to the transaction and tap ‘Report Transaction’. State clearly that you did not authorize the transaction.
If you suddenly cannot location the transaction;
Go to the bottom menu of the home page and click on Transactions
Tap on the unauthorized transaction.
Next, tap the Report Transaction button. Please ensure you state clearly that you did not authorize the transaction before submitting the message.
