What to Do If You Sent Money to the Wrong Person.

If you sent a payment to the wrong recipient, act quickly using the steps below.

Option 1: Use the In-App Feature (Recommended)

  • On the Transaction confirmation screen, tap the Report Transaction button.

  • This will immediately alert our team. A support agent will contact you to assist.

    Or

  • On the bottom menu of the home page, click on Transactions and tap on the specific transaction.

  • Next, tap the Report Transaction button. Please ensure you state the issue clearly before submitting.

Option 2: Email Us Directly

  • You can also send an email directly to [email protected].

  • Please include details like the transaction date, amount, and the recipient's name in your email.

The sooner you report the issue, the better our chances of assisting you.
