If you sent a payment to the wrong recipient, act quickly using the steps below.
Option 1: Use the In-App Feature (Recommended)
On the Transaction confirmation screen, tap the Report Transaction button.
This will immediately alert our team. A support agent will contact you to assist.
Or
On the bottom menu of the home page, click on Transactions and tap on the specific transaction.
Next, tap the Report Transaction button. Please ensure you state the issue clearly before submitting.
Option 2: Email Us Directly
You can also send an email directly to [email protected].
Please include details like the transaction date, amount, and the recipient's name in your email.
The sooner you report the issue, the better our chances of assisting you.
