Resetting Your Password or PIN

To Change Your Password (When Logged In)

  1. Go to Settings (bottom-right corner of the homepage).

  2. Tap Security

  3. Click on Change Password

  4. Enter your current password.

  5. Enter and confirm your new password.

  6. Click on Proceed and you will see a confirmation message: ‘Password Changed Successfully’.


To Reset a Forgotten Password (When Logged Out)

  1. On the sign-in page, tap Forgot Password.

  2. Click on Contact Support

  3. Tap the Forgot password button and provide the required information.

  4. Once your details are confirmed, you will receive a temporary password.

  5. Enter the password sent to your email or phone.

  6. You will be prompted to create a new password and Pin.

  7. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation: ‘Password Reset Successfully’.


To Change Your Transaction PIN (On the App)

  1. Go to Settings (bottom-right corner of the homepage).

  2. Click on Security

  3. Tap on Transaction Pin.

  4. Tap Change Transaction Pin.

  5. Enter your old PIN.

  6. Enter and confirm your new PIN and click on Proceed.

  7. You will see a confirmation: ‘Pin Changed Successfully’.


To Reset a Forgotten Transaction PIN

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Transaction Pin.

  3. Tap Forgot Pin and you will be directed to the Support Page to start a conversation.

  4. Tap on the Forgot Transaction Pin button and provide the required information.

  5. Once your details are confirmed, you will receive a temporary Pin.

  6. Input the temporary pin and you will be prompted to create a new pin.

  7. Enter and confirm your new PIN.

  8. You will see a confirmation: ‘Pin Changed Successfully’.
