How to Verify Your Identity

After signing up and logging in, navigate to the homepage
Click on the “Verify Identity” button
You will be redirected to the “Get Verified” page, where you can view the verification steps and required documents
Click “Get Started” to begin
Follow the on-screen instructions to provide your details and upload the required documents:

To verify your identity, you will need to provide:
A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, national ID card, or driver’s license, and
A recent proof of address, for example a utility bill or bank statement clearly showing your name and residential address.
What Happens Next?
If your verification is successful, a Verification Completed confirmation will appear.
